Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 4 cups of filtered water
- Optional sweeteners or flavourings (e.g., maple syrup, vanilla extract, or dates)

- Rinse the oats thoroughly under cold, running water. Drain them to remove excess starch.
